CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Xiomara Studio, we value your time and appreciate your communication. To ensure fairness for all clients and protect reserved appointment times, please review our updated policy below: • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. • If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, we offer a 2-day grace window after your original appointment date to rebook your service. • Appointments not rescheduled within this 2-day window will be considered a late cancellation/no-show and subject to a 50% service charge. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% service charge. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they secure your reserved appointment time. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service booked and schedule availability.
